Redeeming this special offer is easy. Simply:
1. Ask your veterinarian if Credelio Plus is right for your dog.
2. Purchase Credelio Plus according to your veterinarian’s recommendation, between April 1 to June 30, 2023.
3. Log in to your Barks ‘n’ Purrs Club account and navigate to the Receipt Upload page.
4. Select the Credelio Plus offer from the drop-down menu.
5. Enter the promo code CREDELIOPLUS23 in the Promo Code field to unlock the offer.
6. Upload the receipt for your qualifying purchase of Credelio Plus within 60 days of the date of purchase or date of last purchase if multiple receipts.
Keep in mind:
· You need to enter the correct promo code in order to unlock the 1.5-times special offer.
· Make sure you obtain a copy of the receipt or other proof of purchase from your vet.
· If your claim is successful, you can use your loyalty points to redeem rewards such as gift cards available in the Barks ‘n’ Purrs Club.

1. On qualifying purchases of Credelio Plus receive up to 1.5 times the loyalty points in the Elanco Barks ‘n’ Purrs Club (“Special Offer”).
2. Promo code can only be applied to a maximum of 12 doses of Credelio Plus per household for the Special Offer.
3. Special Offer valid for purchases of Credelio Plus made between April 1 to June 30, 2023, inclusive.
4. Special Offer valid for claims successfully submitted to the Barks ‘n Purrs Club using the correct promo code.
5. Multiple receipts can be combined to qualify for the Special Offer. However, each unit of Credelio Plus purchased can only be applied toward one Special Offer.
6. Receipts cannot be combined with other Elanco offers for the same unit purchases.
7. All claims and receipts must be submitted within 60 days of the date of purchase. In the case of multiple receipts, submissions must be made within 60 days of the date of the ‘last’ purchase.
8. Special Offer cannot be combined with any other Elanco offers, rebates, or programs.
9. Special Offer valid only for Canadian addresses. Void where prohibited by law.
